Nemtix is designed to minimize the information required for scheduling.
Scheduling data
The public scheduling contract does not require patient names, dates of birth, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, member IDs, diagnoses or clinical notes. Customers should avoid sending information that is not required for scheduling.
Trial requests
Trial signup collects business contact information, expected volume, provider ID and integration context so Nemtix can review access requests. Trial information is used for onboarding and product communication.
Security
Customer API credentials are tenant-scoped. Nemtix uses least-privilege database roles and does not display stored API-key hashes through the customer portal.
